BR - Multipurpose Grease (CMI No. A05536)

1. Type: Multipurpose grease as defined by SAE J310a.
2. Consistency: NLGI No. 1
3. Vendor: Mobilux EP-1, Mobil Grease MP, or equivalent.

GL - Gear Lubricant (CMI No. A05535)

1. Type: Axle and manual transmission lubricant meeting API designations GL-5 or GL-6 as defined in SAE J308a.
2. Viscosity: SAE 90 as defined in SAE J306a.
3. Vendor: Mobilgear 630, or equivalent.

LB - Bearing Lubricant (CMI No. A03306)

1. Type: Code No. 995 Multifak EP 2. NO SUBSTITUTES.*
2. Consistency: NLGI No. 2.
3.Vendor: Texaco Multifak EP 2.

HO - Hydraulic System Oil (CMI NO. A05533)

Automatic Transmission Fluid, Type F, meets Ford Motor Company Specification ESW-M2C33-F.

LG - Leg Barrel Grease (CMI No. A03305)

1. Type: Molybdenum disulfide or graphite adhesive black grease.
2. Consistency: NLGI No. 2.
3. Vendor: Code No. 1956 Texclad 2 or equivalent.

CC - Crankcase Oil for Airline Lubricator

1. Type: Non-detergent automotive engine oil.
2. Viscosity: SAE 10W.


*Wichita Clutch Company required lubricant for use in power take-off.

Engine Cooling System Antifreeze

Ethylene glycol type permanent antifreeze (CMI No. A05268). Recommended mixture - 50% antifreeze and 50% clean mineral-free water.

**Oil in the gear reducers should be changed after first 50 hours.


***Raise the machine all the way and then lower it evenly 2 1/2inches so that the top ring of each yoke is lined up with grease fittings.

KEY TO SYMBOLS:

C - Change
L - Lubricate
W - Wash
X - Check, add appropriate liquid when needed

NOTES:

A. Apply lubricant only until resistance is felt on handle of grease gun.
B. Apply one shot of lubricant.
C. Check coolant level and clean radiator and oil cooler cores daily.
D. Change as required by indicator.
E. Lubricate slowly until excess lubricant is observed.
F. No regular service required. See maintenance manual for repair procedures.
G. Fill to check plug level.
H. Change supply or return filter elements when indicator is red & hydraulic oil temperature is above 100°F.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS WILL NOT OPERATE WITH DIRTY HYDRAULIC OIL FILTERS. A SUPPLY OF FILTER ELEMENTS AT JOB LOAVSION IS MANDATORY. RE-ORDER ELEMENTS WHEN SUPPLY RUNS LOW.

J. Lubricate leg yokes by hand whenever grease on yokes is worn thin.
