Adding Cooling System Conditioner To The AVSpare 3208 Engine (Engine B)

------ WARNING! ------

REMOVE THE RADIATOR PRESSURE CAP ONLY WHEN THE ENGINE IS STOPPED AND THE RADIATOR CAP IS COOL ENOUGH TO TOUCH. IF THE ENGINE IS WARM, STEAM MAY SPRAY OUTWARD UNDER HIGH PRESSURE WHEN THE RADIATOR CAP IS LOOSENED, CAUSING PERSONAL INJURY.

WEAR EYE PROTECTION WHEN HANDLING COOLING SYSTEM CONDITIONER AND AVOID LETTING THE CONDITIONER TOUCH YOUR SKIN. THE CONDITIONER CONTAINS ALKALI THAT CAN CAUSE CHEMICAL BURNS.

------WARNING!--------
1. Loosen the radiator cap slowly to relieve pressure, and remove the cap.
2. If necessary, drain enough coolant to allow for the addition of conditioner.
3. Add one pint of Cooling System Conditioner.
4. Inspect the radiator cap gaskets. Replace the cap if the gaskets are damaged.
5. Install the radiator cap.

Checking The Engine Coolant Lines And Connections

------ WARNING! ------

SHUT EACH ENGINE DOWN AND ALLOW IT TO COOL BEFORE CHECKING THE LINE CONNECTIONS AND HOSES. THE COOLING SYSTEM WATER AND COMPONENTS CAN BE HOT ENOUGH TO CAUSE BURNS.

------WARNING!--------

Check all coolant line connections on both engines and tighten any that are loose. Check for cracked, soft or otherwise deteriorated hoses. Replace any bad ones.
