This Program must be administered either before or after failure.
In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS46533" as the Part Number
and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.
If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

The existing eight 8T-0439 Bolts, on the brake actuation filter, may have been tightened below the needed tightening specification on certain 793F Large Off-Highway Trucks. Under tightening could lead to oil leaks, and may even result in failure of the brake pump if not detected. |

The assembly torque for the eight (four on each side) existing 8T-0439 Bolts is 240 +/- 40 N.m (177 +/- 30 lb. ft). Using a 14mm Allen wrench, check for a static torque value of 200 +/- 10 N.m (148 +/- 7 lb ft) on the bolts at the specified location. Tighten to assembly torque level if the static inspection fails. Refer to Image1 and 2. |
