NOTE: | This Program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS54270" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing propel control levers may fail on certain PM620, PM622, PM820, PM822, and PM825 Cold Planers. If the existing propel control levers fail the levers may stop functioning and generate intermittent or continuous fault codes. Fault codes may include 5134-12 or 5135-12. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Replace one lever per failure. Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary. Replace the existing failed propel control lever with a 585-0161 Propel Control Lever. The console cover will need to be removed in order to gain access the mounting bolts for the propel control lever. After replacing the propel control lever test the operation of the lever for proper function. |
