When reporting the repair, use "PS54261" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing oil pan can crack on certain 797 and 797B Off-Highway Trucks. If the existing oil pan cracks it will result in an external oil leak. The cracks are occurring in the transition of the oil suction screen mounting bosses to the floor, Refer to Image 1 in the Action Required for example. |
