The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS54368" as the Part Number
and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Rework Procedure

1. Open the right engine enclosure access door, so you can see and access the existing 570-3764 Guard. Refer to Image 1.1.1.

2. Remove the 8T-4189 Bolt (B) and 7X-0613 Washer, and the 8T-6685 Bolt (C) and 198-4777 Washer. Then remove the 570-3764 Guard (A). Refer to Image 1.2.1.

3. Install the new 577-7371 Guard (D) with an 8T-4189 Bolt (B) and 7X-0613 Washer and an 8T-6685 Bolt (C) and 198-4777 Washer. Tighten the 8T-4189 Bolt (B) to a torque of 30+/-7 Nm (22+/-5 lb ft) and tighten the 8T-6685 Bolt (C) to a torque of 50+/-11 Nm (36+/-8 lb ft). Refer to Image 1.3.1.
