This Program must be administered either before or after failure.
In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS46637" as the Part Number
and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description code.
If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

The existing tightener bolts on the fan drive belt tightener may be loose on certain 785 and 789 Off-Highway Trucks. If the bolts are not tightened to the proper torque it may result in damage to, or failure of, the tightener arm. |

Refer to the Service Manual if/as necessary. Inspect the machine and ensure the bolts are tightened to the proper torque. Ensure proper grease amount is present on the bearings. Torque values can vary by model and version. |
