The Goodwill Approver Code must be included when submitting the claim. |

PROBLEM
| The existing 393-5122 Pressure Switch for the brake filter differential oil can fail on certain 795F Off-Highway Trucks. This can lead to a significant amount of hydraulic oil leaking. |

| Switches produced in 2019 and early 2020 with date code range below 20036 are affected. Switches produced after date code 20036 have internal design improvements that prevent switch fatigue and failures. Identify the date code on the 393-5112 and replace if it is below 20036. Image 1 shows the location of the date code on the switch. |
