HEBE1426-1 OCTOBER 21, 1994 (revised March 1996) COSA LETTER NO. 7 PRODUCT SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR TANK REWORK TO ELIMINATE SEAL FAILURES BETWEEN IMPLEMENT VALVE AND TANK 5056 PS0803 NOTE: This program can only be administered after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS0803" as the Part Number, "7755" as the Group Number Causing Failure, and "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code. NOTE: This Revised Service Letter replaces the October 21, 1994 Service Letter. Changes have been made to the Affected Product.

Problem
There have been field reports of the hoist valve raise port seal failing between the valve and the 1096491 Tank Assembly. This is caused by the inside surface of the tank being distorted from a welded on boss on the outside.

Plate to be made by dealer. 1 - 4T2567 Gasket Seals as required.
