SUBJECT: QUICK COUPLERS ON SOME SKID STEER LOADERS AND MULTI TERRAIN LOADERS MAY BE TOO WIDE

PROBLEM:

The width of quick couplers on some Skid Steer Loaders and Multi Terrain Loaders may be too wide and may not allow coupling to work tools. The affected quick couplers are identified below:

SOLUTION:

Grind off the sides of the top plate of the quick coupler in order to achieve a top width of 1125 ? 3 mm (44.3 ? 0.1 inch). A top width of 1125 ? 3 mm (44.3 ? 0.1 inch) will allow full engagement of work tools. See Figure 1 and Figure 2.
