SUBJECT: PROTECTIVE LENSES ON THE FRONT WORKING LIGHTS

PROBLEM: The protective lenses for the front working lights can detach from the light housing.

 

 

SOLUTION: In the future, production will be updated to a bolted protective lens. Machines can be updated to the bolted protective lens using the following procedure.

  1. Holes should be added to the protective lenses and support plates at the locations show below. The protective lenses can also be fabricated with LEXAN MR-10 using the following dimensions.

  3. Use the following hardware to secure each protective lens to the light housing as shown below
