SUBJECT: 187-9090 PISTON PUMP FOR SERVICE BRAKE

PROBLEM:

187-9090 Piston pump (Service brake) on the listed machines have been found to leak. One identified cause of leaking is attributed to the 189-4720 Shaft Seals.

SOLUTION:

 

If any suspected leaks at shaft seals (1) are encountered, first verify that the leakage is at the shaft seals and not at 9H-8872 Gasket (2), which is a second potential source of leaking.

If the leakage is confirmed to be at the shaft seals, then get in touch with one of the contacts listed below.
