SUBJECT:
SERVICE PARTS AVAILABILITY FOR THE SR318, AND SR321 HIGH FLOW XPS SNOWBLOWERS IS DELAYED FOR CERTAIN COMPONENTS
PROBLEM:
Some service parts availability for the SR318, and SR321 snowblowers is delayed. These parts will not be available for the release of the new High Flow XPS snowblowers.
SOLUTION:
Service parts for the SR318, and SR321 snowblowers are currently being finalized and will be made available in the near future. All parts inquiries and correspondence from Technical Communicators regarding these new service parts ? around 7 items, and how to order these new parts should be directed to:

Dealers placing orders on these high flow Snowblowers will be contacted either by Curtis Nickolauson, or Francisco Maraccini, BCP Work Tools, in order to help ensure the serviceability of these new products. Dealers will also be informed of the status and future release of service parts.
The updated version of the Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7608-03, is available for the release of the High Flow Snowblowers. These manuals will be provided with the sale of each Snowblower.
The updated version of the Parts Manual, SEBP3542-03 is also available through Media Logistics or on AVSpare?s Service Information System (SIS).
