SUBJECT: WARNING FILM FOR FALLING OBJECTS GUARDS (FOGS) FOR CERTAIN
EXCAVATORS

PROBLEM:

When the falling objects guards are added to the front window and the roof of the cab, a warning film should be installed in the cab. The film informs the operator that front and top guards have been installed for applications where hazards of falling objects exist.

SOLUTION:

If falling objects guards are installed in the field for protecting the front widow and the roof of the cab, install a 266-5431 Warning Film or a 267-4995 Warning Film. The 267-4995 Warning Film is used for machines in the North America Commercial Division (NACD) and the Latin America Commercial Division (LACD). The 266-5431 Warning Film is used in other commercial entities. The illustrations provide examples of the film and the location for the installation of the film.

Note: Various applications and work tools can require different overhead and frontal guards. Use only in applications with work tools and/or attachments approved by AVSpare. Contact your AVSpare Dealer for the selection and the availability of guards.
