SUBJECT: A Hydraulic Tube and Hose Assembly May Develop Cracks on Certain 950G Series II and 962G Series II Wheel Loaders and IT62G Series II Integrated Toolcarriers.

PROBLEM:

Cracks may develop in the sleeves at either end of 200-8436 Tube Assembly (1). Refer to Illustration 1 below. Cracks may develop in the 90 degree hose coupling on the end of 161-1903 Hose Assembly (4). Refer to Illustration 3 below.

SOLUTION:

If 200-8436 Tube Assembly (1) fails, replace the tube assembly with 270-7628 Hose Assembly (2). Attach the new hose assembly to the existing tilt cylinder line with one 5P-4295 Clip, one 8S-0023 Clip, one 8S-0024 Clip, one 8T-4139 Bolt, two 8T-4223 Washers, and one 8T-4244 Nut. Refer to Illustration 2 below.

If 161-1903 Hose Assembly (4) fails, replace the hose assembly with 151-6937 Hose Assembly (5), 6V-9851 Elbow (6), and a 6V-8398 O-Ring Seal. Refer to Illustration 4 below.
