SUBJECT: REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR THE AUTOMATIC REVERSING FAN CONTROL AND LINES GROUP ON 950G II/962G II WHEEL LOADERS and IT62G II INTEGRATED TOOLCARRIERS
PROBLEM:
Hose assemblies 189-8365 and 189-8366, which are part of the automatic reversing fan control and lines group and the automatic reversing fan kit on the 950G II/962G II/IT62G II, may fail or leak at the hose couplings because the fan system hydraulic pressure may exceed the working pressure for the bulk hose.
The two illustrations below show the current routing for the automatic reversing fan (ARF) control and lines group 227-5345, with and without the axle oil cooler.
SOLUTION:
Hose assemblies 189-8365 and 189-8366 are both in the process of being canceled and replaced by hose assembly 2T-2099. The new hose assembly uses XT3 hose, which withstands working pressures higher than the fan system hydraulic pressure.
The two following illustrations show the new routing for the automatic reversing fan (ARF) control and lines group 227-5345, with and without axle oil cooler.
