    (1) Steering frame lock

  1. Install steering frame lock (1) so the machine can not turn.

  2. Start the engine and operate it at low idle.

  3. Move the joystick control lever to the RAISE position.

  4. Open the operator station door slowly until the attempted lift action is stopped.

  5. Measure the distance from the outside edge of the operator station to the inside edge of the door. The correct measurement should be 150 ± 50 mm (6 ± 2 inch).

  6. Move the steering control so that the steering system attempts to turn the machine to the right.

  7. Open the operator station door slowly until the attempted steering action is stopped.

  8. Measure the distance from the outside edge of the operator station to the inside edge of the door. The correct measurement should be 150 ± 50 mm (6 ± 2 inch).

    (4) Bolts

  9. If the implement and steering neutralizer valve adjustment is not correct, loosen two bolts (4) and move actuator (3) to achieve the correct measurement. To reduce the measurement, move actuator (3) towards implement and steering neutralizer valve (2). To increase the measurement, move actuator (3) away from implement and steering neutralizer valve (2).

  10. Tighten two bolts (4).

  11. Stop the engine. Remove the steering frame lock.
