The functions of the indicator lamps are designed to display the maximum amount of information on the minimum number of lamps. The warning panel on the operator console contains nine indicator lamps. Refer to Figure 1.

As a self test, all of the warning lamps will come on for approximately one second when the keyswitch is moved to the ON position.
This lamp is on when the charging system for the batteries has a fault.
This lamp is on during a "Wait to Start" period.
High Inlet Combustion Temperature Lamp
This lamp is on if the inlet air temperature is high enough to cause damage to the engine.
Low Hydraulic Oil Pressure Lamp
This lamp is on when low hydraulic oil pressure is detected.
This lamp is on when a "Level 2" event or a "Level 3" event is detected.
This lamp will flash when the engine shutdown switch has been operated.
This lamp is on when low engine oil pressure is detected.
High Hydraulic Oil Temperature Lamp
This lamp is on if the hydraulic oil temperature is high enough to cause damage to the hydraulic system.
This lamp is on when an active engine diagnostic code or an active event code is detected.
High Engine Coolant Temperature Lamp
This lamp is on if the engine coolant temperature is high enough to cause damage to the engine.
