Functions of the Lamps

As a self test, all of the warning lamps will come on for approximately one second when the keyswitch is moved to the ON position.

Charging Lamp

This lamp is on when the charging system for the batteries has a fault.

Wait to Start Lamp

This lamp is on during a "Wait to Start" period.

High Inlet Combustion Temperature Lamp

This lamp is on if the inlet air temperature is high enough to cause damage to the engine.

Low Hydraulic Oil Pressure Lamp

This lamp is on when low hydraulic oil pressure is detected.

Action Lamp

This lamp is on when a "Level 2" event or a "Level 3" event is detected.

This lamp will flash when the engine shutdown switch has been operated.

Low Engine Oil Pressure Lamp

This lamp is on when low engine oil pressure is detected.

High Hydraulic Oil Temperature Lamp

This lamp is on if the hydraulic oil temperature is high enough to cause damage to the hydraulic system.

Check Engine Lamp

This lamp is on when an active engine diagnostic code or an active event code is detected.

High Engine Coolant Temperature Lamp

This lamp is on if the engine coolant temperature is high enough to cause damage to the engine.
