Start By:

Remove the bogie wheel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bogie Wheel - Remove".

Remove socket head bolt (1) and remove pin (2).

Remove bolt (3) and remove track tensioner (4).

Installation Procedure

Position track tensioner (4) and install bolt (3). Hand tighten bolt (3).

Install pin (2).
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of socket head bolt (1) and install socket head bolt (1). Tighten socket head bolt (1) to a torque of 30 ± 5 N·m (22 ± 4 lb ft).

Tighten bolt (3) to a torque of 120 ± 20 N·m (89 ± 15 lb ft).

End By:

Install the bogie wheel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bogie Wheel - Install".
Tension the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track (Rubber) - Detension and Tension".
