Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank - Remove".

1. Remove drain plug (1) from the bottom of the hydraulic tank. Remove O-ring seal (2) from drain plug (1).

2. Remove nuts (3) and washers (4). Remove body (5). Remove seal (6), valve (7), spring (8), and guide (9).

3. Remove bolts (10). Use two people to remove cover (11). The weight of the cover is approximately 32 kg (70 lb).

4. Remove bolts (12), plate (13), grommet (14), glass (15), and retainer (16).
   Show/hide table

5. Remove nuts (17), washers (18), filters (19) and (21), and O-ring seals (20).

6. Remove cap (22) and strainer (23).

7. Remove retaining ring (27), gasket (26), plate (25), and ball (24) from cap (22).

8. Remove the bolts, the seals, suction manifold (28), and filter bases (29).

9. Remove bolts (34), flange (33), tube assembly (32), spring (31), and valve (30) from each filter base (29).

10. Remove the sealant from the tank assembly and the cover assembly.
